When you walk around Paracas town, you don’t fully realize all that there is to do or why it’s so special. Only after driving or sailing fifteen minutes are you rewarded with a completely different world. At sea, it feels like the Galápagos of Peru, while on land it’s as if you’ve been launched to Mars. I couldn’t believe my eyes—I had never experienced anything like it. To think the world can look so otherworldly is truly astonishing.
